Non-verified Release; checked for verification

Accumulate cut returns the number of the accumulated pixels now. 
It is necessary to do to be consistent with -nopix option, as before this number was calculated externally in Matlab and was calculated from retained pixels number which in nopix case are 0

There are also version specific features enabled in accumulate_cut.m which should be reverted back for compatibility
