Log:
Revert @sqw/plot.m and @d3d/plot.m to eralier version. Instead, the fix to allow dual monitors has been placed in sliceomatic. in Herbert and Libisis. This circumvents two problems
(1) the fix is one required for sliceomatic. It was not applied to the various other functions that also called sliceomatic
(2) the fix should not be repeated in several locations: this makes propagation of any further changes almost impossible
