Log:
refs #125 mods to mean field code so that spinscmd is replaced by setup_mf. Also modify script which generates run_multi perl script so that comments in the qei files are deleted (this was an extra step introduced in an RAE mod to the old multimcdisp to allow easier reading of the outputs when recombined)
