Log:
Add ability to mask pixels (cf masking bins as done by @sqw/mask), either by passing a mask array or an sqw object where the signal is either 0 or 1 for mask/retain respectively. The latter option can be exploited by using sqw_eval to evaluate a filtering function of (qh,qk,ql,en)
