Log:
Minor changes to improve matlab calc_projections, comments and add a developer's option to gen_sqw to exit after creating .tmp files if call with option 'tmp_only'. THis overrides the 'delete_tmp' option in hor_config. The purpose is to allow clean benchmarking of the .tmp file creation.
