Change to validate_horace to allow one to specify just a single test folder (or a cell array with a selection of test folders)

e.g. >> validate_horace('test_symm')

THis is useful when debugging failed tests as it allows the correct default horace and herbert configurtations as set in validate_horace to be used, whilst only running the test in one folder.
