with libisis

 A few of the functions of mslice_more_extras only work with mgenie.
 (ms_bkgd_frac, ms_bkgd_store,...) as they assume spectrum objects at some
 points.

 Also need to make the naming of some functions more systematic
 plot_vol  for mgenie
 plot_vol_libisis  for libisis
 - should have just one function that chooses function calls appropriately.

 function IXT may belong elsewhere.
