Log:
Dean Whittaker's consolidation of Mslice.
This brings together Fortran code from original mslice, a modification for Macs (Jon Taylor??) and modifications Dickon Champion made for w32,w64,Linux with Intel, G95 and gfortran (phew!) - the last nopt tested by Dean because he did not have the appropriate machine. Also, a compiled version for Windows32, and scripts to create the compiled version and Windows32 installation kit.
