#14: Modify mslice to be able to use rundata class from Herbert.

 Current mslice use its own(partially cmmon with Libisis) procedures to
 load ascii/hdf/nxspe files.

 Herbert has been rebuild to have a rundata class, which should be single
 entry point for current ascii/hdf/nxspe and future (nexus workspace) data
 sources.

 It will be highly beneficial to use this class as the single class to
 obtain data in Mslice.

 Generic problem:
 How to organize code reuse -- Mslice-Herbert, mslice-libisis.
 Should Mslice include Herbert or part of it?
 Should it include Herbert in disrtibution.
 Should it keep old code for data access or it is better to get rid of it
 completely.
