 The attachement shows the parameters to create a cut - but not the cut
 itself. You'll have to create that yourself, as Trac has a limit on the
 size of attachment that it will allow (grr...). The spe file and par fil
 are part of the svn for mslice. Make sure you choose NOT to use the phx
 file fromt he nxspe file - it doesn't work.
