 While tobyfit can hold up to 100 data sets in total (10 runs by 10 data
 sets), there is an additional limit in the Fortran code that at most
 n_set_max=20 data sets may be selected for a single fit/simulation. This
 is no sufficient for some of the cases that Russell is now trying.
