 Limits for Advanced and crystal parameters are interchanged so that a
 limit of say
 lo=-10 hi=20 comes out as limit lo=20 hi=-10 from the GUI.
 The server code does not give any objection to such inverted limits, but
 just ignores
 it as the condition lo<hi is not met.
 Limits for X-section and background parameters are correctly dealt with.
