Comment:

 It seems that using the dynamic java class path instead of the static one
 does not allow grid jobs to be run. This is probably due to the fact that
 java libraries on the static path are loaded in preference to the same
 named ones on the dynamic path and some of the defaults used in even the
 most recent matlab are inconsistent with those needed by the java job
 submission. Hence for now Linux Matlab must be started in the Tobyfit
 install directory. A longer term solution might be to replace the current
 job submission with the SAGA API. This is a standard for grid job
 submission and is likely to be better supported in the future.
