 Reviewing tobyfit_v2.par from Toby in comparison to svn version:
 For "standard" values on grid/melehan (64bit) all parameters are greater
 than those given, except that n_max_set is 60 rather than 100. [note: mean
 n_max_set above not n_data_set]
 For parameters_small/tobyfit_v2.par (for windows 32bit) all values are
 greater than or similar to those given except n_pix_max and n_pix_sl_max
 which are about 30% smaller.
