Comment:

 (In [366]) Closes #100 - changes to fit load TFT buttons in fit and
 simulate panels. Also command line callback to these functions. Also
 includes fix for tf_load_tft to avoid loss of icross value if changing
 between sharp and broad models on load tft, and update check_serv to not
 keep checking slow servers.
 Minor change to data_read to correct error reporting.
