Comment:

 (In [370]) Changes to way mc_type is used. 0,1 should correspond to
 previous case of ran1/sobel with restarting on
 each evaluation of the function.
 2 is ran1 with no restarting but seed=-1, 4 is ran1 with a seed set by
 time of day.
 3 is Sobel with no restarting (save in differential calc.
 closes #88
