 The PC version of tobyfit is currently limited to treating 60 data sets at
 one time. Users would like to allow the full 100 data sets for fitting, as
 in the the current Linux version.
 Also if more than about 39 data sets are simulated, background data is
 only written for the first 39 or so due to a failure to close the output
 unit and the internal limit on the number of active units.
