 (In [353]) Updated fitsim_p.f to call randomize_mc before a simulate so
 that a random seed is used for ran1 when doing simulations of the
 function. Also tidy up of indentation of fitsim_p.f by emacs.
 Re #88 for the case of non-Sobol Monte-Carlo.
