 Add mexw64 files to make reading of cuts, slices and spe files faster on
 64bit windows machines. Tested for R2011b.

 Modify some routines to be consistent with latest versions of mgenie, and
 add read_spe_diff.m so that the modifications work with the mgenie
 included ion the Tobyfit release.

 Modify startup_tobyfit.m so that if mgenie or mslice are detected to
 already be on the path when Tobyfit is started, then use those in
 preference to the versions included ion Tobyfit.
