 I have just been made aware that SRB support is unlikely to continue
 beyond the of March 2011. This means that the current Tobyfit will not be
 able to send jobs to scarf or NGS after this date. It will still be able
 to submit local jobs on Windows and Linux clusters.
 Hence it is important that an alternative job transfer mechanism is added
 to tobyfit to allow grid access. Direct file transfer using the Gaptk
 putfile and getfile functions may be the best option.
