 tobyfit_init.m:
 Use n_pp_tft, n_pp_min, get n_pp_tft from the mdinfo, now called before
 setting parameters.
 set_cross_section.m:
 comment - not used.
 fitsim/fitopt_ni.m:
 use n_pp_tft in place of n_pp_max
 makeCrossSectionPanel.m:
 Use n_pp_max in place of 20, and set n_pp_tft according to selected model
 (min n_pp_min).
 setCrossPPparameters.m:
 comment - NOT USED
 fit_sim/common/fitsimulatePlotManager.m:
 Bug fix in plotting bg+data+sim - failed to read cut.
 makeFitJobStatusAndResultsPanel.m, makeSimJobStatusAndResultsPanel.m:
 Clean up (comment unused code)
 tf_load_tft.m:
 change to use n_pp_tft for off sets.
 tf_model_info.m, tf_read_fortran_mdinfo.m:
 Get the maximum number of parameters in any sharp or broad model.
 data_read.m, data_write.m:
 n_pp_max goes to n_pp_tft and allow tft files with less than n_pp_max
 values
 tf_read_sigma.m:
 n_pp_max -> n_pp_tft
