 (In [345]) Added irunc and idatac to common in sample_parameters.inc to
 provide run and data set numbers to sqw_*.f routines. Values set for
 fitting in calculate_cross_section_p.f and for simulation in
 simulate_data_p.f.
 Note MUST update same common in GUI for this to work.
